Shelley Taniguchi, owner and founder of Blue Firefly Productions, is a dynamic professional with more than 17 years experience helping sport, innovation, and wellness brands engage with their core audiences. Her forte is experiential marketing, event development and production, and partnership/sponsor development. Shelley brings to life a brand’s initiative via flawless design and execution of large and intimate scale marketing programs and initiatives. She provides exceptional peace of mind to her clients, while creating world-class, inspired, unique experiences. Prior to starting her own business, Shelley served in a variety of leadership positions at Nike, Paramount Pictures, Momentum, LMU, and On Board Experiential. She has worked with premium brands such as Nike, Vevo, Bear Naked Granola, Kashi, The Collegiate Sports Award, sponsored by Honda, VW, IMG/US Open of Surfing, the US Solar Decathlon, and the 2015 Special Olympic World games. Shelley is currently serving as President of WISE Los Angeles, and has served as the Director of Programing for WISE since 2009. She is a natural athlete who spends her time training with Pilates (The Studio MDR), Cross-fit Paradiso, and competing in racing Hawaiian outrigger canoes with Marina Del Rey Outrigger Canoe Club.
While Allison graduated from the University of Dayton with her civil engineering degree, she found her passion in sports marketing while working for Premier Partnerships in 2005. She is a self-motivated, highly driven Sponsorship Executive with a successful track record of creatively developing opportunities, building highly esteemed relationships with potential sponsors, and maintaining an honest approach to closing deals that are centered on what is best for both the client and sponsor. Her ability to formulate creative, revenue driving marketing solutions for her clients remains a top priority. Allison has served as the Executive Vice President of the WISE LA chapter since 2009. Her role is to serve as the liaison between the Advisory Board and the Executive Board to ensure the programming and content for the LA chapter will be consistently adding valuable deliverables for even the most senior of executive women. She also proudly serves on the Special Olympics Southern California Corporate Partner Committee where she receives much reward from this highly important sporting group. Allison is joined at home by her husband and two young sons. They enjoy making the most of each moment and love spending any time they can outdoors.

AEG is the largest owner of sports teams in the world, the #2 concert promoter in the U.S., owner of the STAPLES Center – the busiest and most profitable arena in the world, the power behind L.A. LIVE- the $2 billon downtown entertainment district, the force behind the O2 London and O2 Berlin, operator of the recently built Mercedes Benz Arena in China, and more. A graduate of Michigan State University, she joined AEG in 2008 after a 4 year stay at Taubman Centers –a luxury shopping center developer/REIT- as Manager of Corporate Partnership. At Taubman she was charged with identifying unique opportunities for national brands to access the upscale and highly desirable customer base in Taubman’s elite shopping destinations. Prior to that she had and a brief stint with the Michigan Lottery’s marketing and sponsorship division as Sponsorship Coordinator. Shay started her professional career at Washington and Chicago offices of Fleishman-Hillard. Philanthropically, Shay currently sits on the Board of Director of Women in Sports and Events “WISE” Los Angeles chapter- the leading voice and resource for professional women in the business of sports and events. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics SoCal Partnership Committee. Vanessa currently resides in Los Angeles with husband Jack and daughter Ava Jane.
Crystal Yang Edwards is the Associate Director of West Coast Publicity at ESPN focusing on espnW, X Games, Los Angeles Production Center, West Coast PR efforts, and supporting initiatives that include the ESPYs, College Game Day, the College Basketball Awards and more. Her responsibilities include PR strategy, event operations, sponsorship PR management, key message points development, athlete relations, media relations, among others. Crystal began her career at 20th Century Fox where she spent several years in Theatrical Publicity, Licensing & Merchandising and Twentieth Television (syndication). She then joined ESPN and the X Games event PR team in 2004 to pursue what she loved and still loves most – action sports, events and public relations.
While heading Make Waves Communications, a boutique firm she started in 2011, Crystal had the privilege of overseeing PR strategy and events for several sports, health, wellness and fitness for the IMG/AVP pro beach volleyball tour, Jamba Juice (working with Venus Williams for several events), P90X’s Tony Horton, four-time X Games Snowboard SuperPipe medalist Elena Hight, Boarding for Breast Cancer (B4BC) and more. She has also contributed as a writer for ESPN Rise/ESPN HS, Foam Magazine, Fit Bottomed Girls/Eats as well as other publications.
Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, Calif., salt water and sand have long been at the core of her being. Whether it be surfing, beach volleyball, riding bikes, yoga on sand or on a stand up paddle board, or simply going for a quick jog, this proud UC Irvine alum enjoys living an active lifestyle and taking full advantage of what the beautiful beaches and ocean of Southern California have to offer.
Linda DeYampert is the Senior Manager, Scheduling Operations for the National Football League (NFL) Network. She is the first African-American woman to hold a position in management for the NFL Network; one of the fastest growing cable networks in the country. Her responsibilities include management of the scheduling personnel and staffing of over 200 freelance employees on a day-to-day basis for all studio operations and some remote production.
Linda’s passion is working and getting involved in her community. She is a motivational speaker for “Career Day” in the inner-city schools in Los Angeles.
Linda is the President of the National Black MBA Association (Los Angeles Chapter), member of WISE (Women in Sports and Events), NFL Women’s Interactive Network and volunteers with Big Brothers and Big Sisters of America and the Best Buddies Program. Recently, Linda was named the winner of the “2015 Women Making a Difference Award” by the Los Angeles Business Journal. In addition, she was recognized with the 2015 Multicultural Leaders of California award.
Linda holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University, Dominquez Hills and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Currently, Linda is pursuing a Master of Science in Human Resources from Pepperdine University.
Erika Lamiell-Singal is part of the event management team at IMG in Los Angeles where she has ran multimillion dollar event properties. As an event director Erika is responsible for all aspects of event management including conception, strategic partners, sponsorship sales, marketing, advertising, merchandising, permits, site planning, competition, sanctioning, sponsorship fulfillment, on-site activation, hospitality, operations, venue management, and general contractor services. Erika works closely with clients to create, execute and measure successful marketing activations within each event. Her clients have included Diageo, Anheuser-Busch, Paul Mitchell, McDonalds, Samsung, Los Angeles Times, Target, Dodge and others. In addition to event management, Erika is part of the global sales and marketing team for IMG’s international event properties.
Prior to joining IMG, Erika worked for over five years in the investment banking industry where she contributed to multimillion dollar transactions in the sports, entertainment and gaming space as an analyst and then eventually fulfilled a Corporate Vice President role. With exposure to the business side of sports, Erika developed a keen interest in the highly competitive sports industry and decided to make a transition from banking. To further her career, she obtained a Sports MBA at San Diego State. Erika also holds a B.S. degree in Mathematics from Virginia Tech. In an effort to give back to the professional community, Erika sits on the board for WISE Los Angeles and is a Co-Director for the WISE Within mentorship program. In her third year, Erika continues to enjoy pairing rising stars with senior executives in hopes of creating lasting and meaningful relationships for both.

Mallen has brought her talents to organizations such as the Dallas Cowboys, Clif Bar, K-Swiss, Nfinity Athletic Corp., Sport Chalet and currently works in Business Development for the PGA TOUR. She served as the President of WISE Los Angeles from 2007-2013 and also founded and served as the President of WISE San Diego from 2012-2015. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Conejo Valley Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of AthletesTouch, in addition to her role as Vice President of Brand & Member Experience for WISE Los Angeles.
Sarah Musgrove is a Senior Production Director at On Board Experiential (OBE), a brand experience agency that believes experiences are the most effective way to authentically connect with people.
Sarah joined OBE in 2014 and her responsibilities include producing integrated branded experiences for clients such as Nike and Kellogg’s. After opening OBE’s Portland, Oregon office in 2014, she moved back to southern California in 2016 to lead OBE’s Los Angeles-based production team.
A native of Phoenix, Arizona and graduate of Loyola Marymount University, Sarah began her career in events at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (AMPAS). After working two years on a large-scale, globally broadcasted event, she joined a boutique engagement marketing agency in LA and produced experiential campaigns for popchips, POM Wonderful, Nestle USA and Zynga. In pursuit of a new challenge, she decided to open her own business in April 2011. She launched Musgrove Productions Inc., to support larger agencies with experiential execution. Her impressive client portfolio included the Palo Alto International Film Festival, Toyota, Lexus, Activision, Konami, Beats by Dre, Simply Sporty, Nike, and Mercury Insurance.
Sarah originally joined WISE Los Angeles’ Board of Directors in 2011, and after a two-year hiatus working in Portland, returns to the BOD as Co-Director of Programming.
As Finance Manager at Fox Sports, Cayla Pingel manages the operational finance and reporting for national sports programming on FOX.
Pingel is responsible for overseeing the completion of the annual budget, reforecasts, and month-end close process for management review. Additionally, she manages the weekly flash reporting to management for key sports programming and ad-hoc financial analysis. Since re-joining the company in 2013, Pingel has also been instrumental in streamlining finance processes and cultivating strong relationships with the operational teams.
Prior to her role at FOX Sports, Pingel served as a Senior Financial Analyst at Warner Brothers Entertainment, where she oversaw the international accounting for India, Turkey, Poland, and Czech Republic businesses. She liaised with the territory and home business unit finance teams while managing an outsourced accounting team who performed the day-to-day activities. She also assisted in the global standardization of many accounting processes. Pingel has also worked at Specialists on Call and Sony Pictures Entertainment.
Pingel graduated from Cal State Northridge with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
The Southern California native graduated Magna Cum Laude and with Distinction from the University of California at Santa Barbara. At the age of 22, Nicole enrolled in law school at Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles. Specializing in entertainment law, Nicole won first place brief honors in the Nation’s preeminent corporate law competition, and first place honors in brief writing, speaking and overall presentation at the prestigious Cardozo/BMI Entertainment and Communications Law Moot Court Competition. After passing the California Bar on the first try, Nicole spent five years as a litigation attorney specializing in rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation, copyright law, real estate, and medical malpractice at among the top firms in California. In 2002, Nicole transitioned into a career in publicity, and became Director of Public Relations at RFPR (now Pivotal Public Relations). While working at RFPR, Nicole was recruited by then client, laser tattoo removal chain Dr. TATTOFF, to come in-house to help facilitate publicity efforts in conjunction with the company’s public offering. After working with Dr. TATTOFF for several years, Nicole founded her own PR firm, The Dossier PR, which she merged with social media agency, Jones Social, in 2012. Today, Jones Social PR is a full-service digital marketing, content creation, social media, publicity, and crisis communications firm which services talent and brand clients throughout North America, Central America, Europe, and Australia.
Amanda Carmichael is part of the senior management team at Scoutware, a tech startup providing web-based communication tools to more than 2,000 college athletic programs around the country. Her primary responsibilities include managing a growing cross-functional team responsible for client services, on-going education, marketing, and professional services. Additionally, she works to expand strategic partnerships, acts as Scoutware’s primary brand ambassador, and regularly presents to industry conferences on topics surrounding communication technology and recruiting. Prior to her time at Scoutware, Amanda spent four years as the Assistant Golf Coach and Operations Director of the Men’s and Women’s Golf teams at UCLA. During her time at UCLA, her teams captured 3 Pac-10 team titles and a Women’s NCAA Championship in 2004. A Business Administration graduate and athlete from Cal State Northridge, she recently continued her education by completing an executive master’s degree from the Ohio University Sports Administration program in 2014. Passionate about assisting in the growth and development of others, Amanda has been the Co-Director of the Los Angeles WISE Within mentoring program and on the Los Angeles Board of Directors since 2008. Additionally she has served as the Co-Chair of the National WISE Within Committee since 2013 and worked to launch Speed Mentoring Roundtables across all WISE Chapters. She is excited continue the momentum of serving others and is working to launch www.accelerategreatness.com in 2015.
Anna is Senior Editor for the World Surf League, a global surf media and events company in Santa Monica. Originally from Massachusetts, her editorial and creative development experience includes serving as the first West Coast News editor for TV Guide Online; coordinating development for FUEL TV and then FOX Sports 1; and in writing, research and production for myriad TV networks and digital channels. In addition to her work at the WSL, she is a freelance contributor to outlets including espnW, Variety, Red Bull, Glamour, and National Geographic Adventure.
Anna earned her B.A. from Barnard College at Columbia University and her M.A. in Global Media from the London School of Economics and USC. Between stints in the classroom, she traveled to surf and teach snowboarding in places from Sydney to southwest France and Fiji to the Swiss Alps.
Nadia Kim is a Content Specialist at AEG, one of the leading sports and entertainment presenters in the world. An up-and-coming digital content professional, she is responsible for creating internal content and communications at the company. AEG owns and operates more than 100 of the world’s preeminent facilities including the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and The O2 Arena in London. AEG’s sport assets include teams such as the LA Kings and LA Galaxy.
With over five years of experience under her belt, Nadia has worked in the realm of communications for Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, The Walt Disney Company, and the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office. She holds a dual Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and Political Science from the University of Southern California.
Amy Millstone has more than a decade of communications experience in Los Angeles and is currently the Associate Athletic Director, Strategic Communications for CSUN Athletics and its 19 Division I sports. She oversees a team that runs PR, web content, video production, graphic design and creative services, social media, sports information and internal and external communications.
Previously, Millstone spent worked as the Communications Manager for Time Warner Cable Sports, overseeing media relations efforts for the regional sports networks (RSNs) of the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, LA Galaxy and Los Angeles Sparks (Time Warner Cable SportsNet, Time Warner Cable Deportes and SportsNet LA). Millstone was Time Warner Cable Sports’ 30th employee and helped launch the three Southern California RSNs from the ground up. She also led communications for Time Warner Cable SportsChannels across the country, whose partners included Syracuse University, the University of Kansas, the Mid-American Conference, the Carolina Panthers and more.
Before starting at CSUN, Millstone also served as the Super Bowl Central Broadcast Manager for Super Bowl XLIX, overseeing the communications and information flow between the league and its broadcast partners.
Millstone was the Senior Manager of Public Relations for the Los Angeles Dodgers from 2007 to 2012. There, she worked in the business, entertainment, sports, event and crisis areas of PR, planning and executing major celebrations, long-term media campaigns and day-to-day media relations for the club. She planned and implemented media campaigns for the team’s 50th season in Los Angeles and its first Spring Training at Camelback Ranch in Glendale, AZ and assisted MLB PR on-site at the 2010 All-Star Game and 2011 World Series.
Millstone is a graduate of Northwestern University and during her time as a Wildcat she got her start working in sports as an intern in the athletics department and was a member of the Northwestern Crew Team.
Millstone has been involved with WISE and WISE Within since 2013. She is also an active member of the Special Olympics of Southern California Public Relations and Marketing Committee and an alum of the Los Angeles Sports and Entertainment Commission (LASEC) Young Leadership Forum and the Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) Mentoring Program. She is also a member of NACWAA. Millstone resides in Valley Glen, CA with her husband and daughter.
As the Partnership Activation Coordinator at the Los Angeles Rams, Cali manages and activates sponsored operations across all marketing platforms. In addition, she provides first class client service through the preparation of activation guides and year end recaps, as well as recognizing opportunities for sponsors to receive added value to maximize their relationship with the Rams.
Prior to her position with the Rams, Cali was a Property Assistant at IMG Los Angeles where she assisted with the service of corporate partnerships across UCLA Athletics and the Rose Bowl Stadium. She created strategic partnership sales presentations and assisted with sales pitches on large accounts, including Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and Monarch Beach Resort. Joining IMG in July 2016, she played a key role in not only building corporate partnership sales presentations, but transforming the materials to truly show the value of being a partner with UCLA Athletics and the Rose Bowl Stadium. In addition, she managed and activated sponsored operations and client hospitality events at UCLA Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Soccer and Softball games.
A Seattle-native, Cali began her career in sports as the Marketing Intern at Integrated Sports Marketing in San Diego. At ISM she was in charge of marketing large events such as the LaDainian Tomlinson 5k and the Celebrity Championship Golf Tournament hosted by Marshall Faulk. During college, Cali was the Marketing Intern at FOX Sports San Diego. She designed Adobe Photoshop graphics to promote the San Diego Padres, Los Angeles Clippers, and Anaheim Ducks games, as well as created and managed daily social media content across various platforms.
Cali graduated Cum Laude from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.
Heather Munson is the Senior Manager of Talent Relations for FOX Sports, a role she has held since December 2014. In this position, she oversees coordination of FOX Sports on-air talent for special events and appearances, working with multiple company departments to coordinate the utilization of broadcasters. Her daily duties involve working in partnership with FOX Sports Communications, Marketing and Ad Sales departments, managing talent schedules, interfacing with agents and business managers and charitable initiatives on behalf of FOX Sports.
Simultaneously, Munson serves as Executive Assistant to Eric Shanks, President, COO & Executive Producer of FOX Sports, and Larry Jones, FOX Sports Executive Vice-President, a position she has held since August 2010. In that capacity, she manages all logistics as they relate to Shanks’ and Jones’ executive roles within the company. Munson’s duties include: all executive scheduling and travel; fundraising; talent coordination for special events; logistics for various FOX initiatives; logistics for major events such as the Super Bowl, US Open, All-Star Game and FOX Sports Military Salute to Pearl Harbor; coordination with the network’s Production Operations teams for event preparation; and working with sports leagues, FOX News, international groups Sky and Star India among other business units in her roles.
Before serving as Executive Assistant at FOX Sports, Munson held similar roles with other high-profile companies, including Executive Assistant to the Co-President of MySpace, Jason Hirschhorn (2009-2010) and Executive Assistant to the Co-Presidents of Alchemy Worldwide LLC, Brady Caverly and Jeff Clifford (2007-2009).
Munson’s lengthy career with FOX began in 2003. In November 2003, she joined FOX Networks Group as an intern, a position she held for a mere four months before her efforts and talent were recognized with a full-time staff position as an administrative assistant within FOX Networks Group in February 2004. In September 2005, she was promoted to the role of Coordinator within the company, a role in which she remained until December 2006 before briefly leaving FOX to gain experience in direct response marketing before returning in 2010.
She holds a board position with Women in Sports and Events (WISE) and is National Alumni Co-Chairperson for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Munson also is actively involved with the United States Armed Forces.
Munson has been honored with several awards and recognitions during her career. In 2007, she was appointed the Membership Mentee for Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT). In 2006, she was a recipient of FOX Entertainment Group’s “SPOT BONUS” program. She was nominated for FOX Cable Networks’ “Most Resourceful Award” in 2006, and the same year, received a Certificate of Recognition Award from Women in Cable Telecommunications.
Munson graduated from Chapman University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications with an emphasis on Speech. She earned the Outstanding Graduating Senior Award in Communications Studies. In addition, she was a member of Lambda Pi Eta and the National Communication Association Honor Society. While in college, the ambitious Munson served as Staff Accountant for CMP Media (December 2000-February 2004).
A native of Mission Viejo, Calif., Munson currently resides in Hermosa Beach, Calif.
Sarah manages Red Bull’s US recruiting efforts across the Executive, Pipeline, Intern and Graduate programs; concurrently, she supports the North American leadership team on strategic talent and organizational development initiatives.
Prior to joining the world of wiiings, Sarah was a Senior Associate with Korn Ferry’s Global Consumer Practice. There she conducted senior executive searches across the consumer goods, retail and hospitality landscapes. Previously, Sarah spent 8 years with Spencer Stuart as a member of the firm’s global Consumer Goods & Services Practice. She specialized in officer-level recruitment for public, private & equity backed clients. During that time, Sarah also supported the firm’s national Sports Practice in numerous professional football, basketball, soccer, golf, motorsports and Olympic movement projects. She began her career with Spencer Stuart as an Analyst assisting with business development efforts and general industry research initiatives.
Sarah earned her undergraduate degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. A Florida native, Sarah is a classically trained dancer who competed and performed extensively throughout the United States. She is addicted to McDonalds coffee, impulse travel, 80’s cover bands and the University of Florida Gators.
Kala has 7 years of experience in building partnerships on the property, event and agency side. She is experienced in selling and activating sponsorships, building and executing events, and consulting on partnership marketing strategy. Kala has worked with international sport organizations, national sport organizations, fortune 500 companies, startups, resorts, venues, nonprofit organizations, and government. Kala currently works as Manager of Partnership Sales with Anschutz Entertainment Group (AEG), the largest owner of sports teams in the world including LA Galaxy and LA Kings, the #2 concert promoter in the U.S. with festivals including Coachella and New Orleans Jazz Festival, owner of 120+ venues around the world including STAPLES Center, L.A. LIVE, StubHub Center, the O2 London and more. Kala had on ongoing role with the International Olympic Committee (IOC) at the private Olympic Club during Games time as an extension of the IOC’s protocol, events and hospitality team and lead hostess, she attended the Vancouver 2010 Games, London 2012 Games and the Sochi 2014 Games. In addition, Kala has taught yoga and spin for 10+ years as a certified yoga teacher and personal trainer. Kala moved to Los Angeles from Vancouver, Canada in January 2015 and joined the WISE LA Board of Directors February 2016 as Director of Partnerships.
Deanna has 5+ years of experience in building and fostering strategic relationships within the Sports Industry through Corporate Partnerships, Event Management, Premier Hospitality, Marketing, and Community Relations. She currently holds the position of Manager in the Global Partnerships Division of AEG, a leader in the field of Sports & Entertainment. Her main focus is on developing unique and mutually beneficial opportunities for corporate partners using traditional and non-traditional sponsorship elements, event analytics, and industry trends. Prior to joining AEG, Deanna worked in Group Sales for both the Dallas Mavericks and the Houston Astros, Community Relations for Minor League Baseball, and Collegiate Sports Marketing for both Penn State and UNC-Chapel Hill. Deanna has a strong passion for Philanthropy and currently serves as a Wish Granter and Celebrity Host for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. She also serves as the JNFuture Events Chair for the Jewish National Fund Los Angeles Chapter. A graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Deanna received a B.A. in Public Relations and a B.A. in Sports Administration. She has a Graduate Certificate in Sports Philanthropy from the George Washington University School of Business. Deanna joined the WISE LA Board of Directors in February 2016 as Director of Partnerships.
Part of Cassandra’s responsibilities is providing support to all AEG divisions, including L.A. LIVE, AEG Facilities, AEG Sports and AEG Global Partnerships, working closely with all entities of the company to provide strategic media planning and outreach to maximize publicity for all of AEG’s divisions. A recipient of Venues Today Magazine’s Generation Next award, recognizing leading industry professionals under 35, Cassandra has worked on several iconic events at her time at AEG, including the Michael Jackson Memorial Service, two NBA Championship Parades, LA Kings’ Stanley Cup Championship Final and parade, NBA All-Star Game and has worked on AEG’s efforts to return the NFL to Los Angeles with Farmers Field, the proposed Los Angeles NFL stadium. Prior to joining AEG in 2008, Cassandra worked with the Los Angeles Angels in the stadium operations and event department. Cassandra is a former student-athlete, where she served as the team captain for San Diego State University’s Women’s Water Polo team. She graduated from SDSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in communication and received her Masters of Arts in Sport Management from the University of San Francisco. Originally from Anaheim Hills, Ca., Cassandra resides in Los Angeles.
Susan Zeile is a digital content professional with a passion for managing websites. She is the Sr. Manager of Digital Content Strategy & Functionality for AEG, a leading sports and entertainment company. AEG owns and operates more than 100 of the world’s preeminent facilities including the STAPLES Center in Los Angeles and The O2 Arena in London. AEG’s sport assets include teams such as the LA Kings and LA Galaxy.
A “Rising Star” at AEG, Susan was responsible for launching AEG CONNECT, the company’s intranet, in 2012. With features such as UltiPro, an HR, time and attendance portal; Concur, a travel and expense tool; and News and Press, a collection of the company’s latest internal news, AEG CONNECT has revolutionized the way the company connects with its 2500+ employees. On a day-to-day basis, Susan handles all digital content strategy and functionality for this vital company resource.
Susan’s focus on digital communication has been prevalent throughout her career. Prior to joining AEG, Susan transformed and expanded websites for two travel companies, YMT Vacations and Travcoa. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master of Communication Management from the University of Southern California.
